RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds / exchanges or accept returns on items that are simply unwanted or if you have a change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are able to offer an exchange or store credit provided you notify us of your damaged / faulty item within 7 days of receipt of the item, and provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged / faulty item.
For damaged / faulty items, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to help you.
Please note: Our lashes are lovingly and carefully handmade. For this reason, it can be normal for each one to be slightly different - however any differences should only be minor. Please remember that this is not a fault in the lash, but part of what makes the lashes unique through the individual lash placement by our skilled lash makers.
AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGE OF MIND
As per our returns, refunds and exchanges policy, we we are not able to offer refunds / exchanges or accept returns on items for change of mind, once the order has been dispatched from our premises.
However, if you are able to contact us before your order has been dispatched, we will do our best to help you amend or cancel your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot amend or cancel your order once it has already been dispatched.
